Painter1 was wonderful to work with on our home project. We were getting quotes to have our textured stomp ceilings removed in our home - Haley came out to provide us with a free estimate and was extremely professional and friendly. She was the only estimator who provided me with a folder with materials about their company and information on their license and insurance. Painter1 was offering a promotion which helped to make their price the most competitive by far and they were able to schedule us the quickest. Maria (project manager) and Arturo’s crew were able to complete the project in our main living areas in two days. Maria was very communicative with updates, timing and timeline towards completion. We are very pleased with the work they completed and have been extremely happy with the process from Haley to the crew. Hired Painter1 for commercial office painting. They did a great job, were on time and cleaned up when they were done. We were very impressed with their work and have already hired them for more office painting. Keith and Kari are great to work with!

We had our complete interior and ceilings painted. This meant 6 painters in our house for about 8 days. Were they a presence? Yes BUT worked quietly, respectfully, moved out of the way when I needed to be in a space( my office is in part of the home). They cleaned up daily, came back to fix spots. Will use them again!

We called Painter 1 to get an estimate on getting our kitchen painted: cabinets, doors, wallpaper removed and drywall repair and painted. When I found myself in need of a new painter for the commercial properties that I manage, I was lucky when I found Painter1 of Knoxville. We used Painter 1 to put a fresh coat of paint on our walls. We had the original builders grade paint. They came in and put a washable satin on them. Now, we can wipe our walls without fear of wiping off the paint! The entire process was so easy beginning to end. I felt like the painters took care of my home as if it was their own.

Painter1 pressure washed and applied solid wood stain to my fairly large backyard fence. I couldn’t be more pleased! They made an over 15 year old pressure treated pine fence look practically new. Responsiveness: They were able to handle items that became apparent to me (once you paint you begin to notice problems with areas next to the painted area....for instance where the wall hits the ceiling), and fixed these problems so I would not have to have a separate visit. Painter1 did a phenomenal job with a complete interior painting of our condo unit! I was so impressed with Keith Lane, the owner, from the first contact to the job completion.
