We had our kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom and stairwell painted. They did an excellent job at a very affordable price. We will be having them back in the spring to do the basement.

The crew did a great job. They made sure everything was protected and cleaned up after. The prep including hole repair and caulking was well done. The painting looks great. We are very happy with the job they did. All of this in less than the projected time.

These guys are on top of things! They responded to my inquiry right away. Todd came to provide a great reasonable quote. Some of the info he mentioned didn't quite match up with the actual project results, for example he said it will take them a day to prep, but when Miguel came to work he went right to prepping and painting on the same day. He also came to power wash before I actually got the notice that they were coming. Communication aside Miguel did amazing. The paint job was very crisp and clean. He was fast and did everything in half the time I was told. We wanted him to change something when we realize we didn't like the design we close and he changed it right away. We're very pleased with the results!

Painter 1 delivers personalized professional services! They are extremely knowledgeable about applications for different kinds and uses of paint. They can help with paint color selection as well. Our amazing project manager, Skyler, took care of all this. He was also very knowledgeable about the colors of paint, undertones of paint, etc. He checked in with us throughout the entire project! Eddy, our painter was top-notch! Every small detail was attened to. The application of paint was perfect! Corners and line crips! Our home was prepared and covered. All floors furniture cabinets, all of it well protected. He had a very clean operation. The business side is very professional as well. Their estimates are very clear. There is always someone in the office to help you. 💯% recommend painter one. You all did a beautiful job. Thank you!

My mom and I needed to move in a serious hurry for my job. We found an apartment but it had been seriously abused by a family with young children. Painter1 was great to work with. They responded to our need for speed, had the entire apartment painted and ready to go in just a few days. In addition, the paint job was excellent and I couldn't find a single flaw. In short, Painter1 was friendly, responsive to our needs and priced reasonably. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was very pleased with the job that Painter1 did on my rooms. They painted some cabinets and book shelves and the walls in the family room and kitchen. They did an excellent job on the baseboards and the woodwork around the windows. The lines are all crisp and look brand new! I would recommend them to my friends.

Excellent company. Good price. Responded quickly when a quote was requested. Work was completed quickly yet efficiently. Prep work ( taping, covering ) was excellent. Removed cabinet doors and banister to stairwell and replaced to ensure the best possible painting job would be done. Painting was excellent and professionally done. The painter ( Omar ) was excellent. Made sure everything was done right. No need for any touch-ups after the job was done. Request this painter. He does his company credit! I can't say enough as to how pleased we are with the job!

We just used Painter1 to paint the interior of our house. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very helpful before hand answering questions about recommended colors and types of paint. The painter, Jose, went above and beyond repairing holes in the walls and even fixing some trim that was broken. In the end, I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Dante did a wonderful job on my kitchen cabinets. I am very happy with the results! They look better than I thought they could - being painted. They got it done in 3 days, which I thought was super fast. They'd initally told me it would be a week, so faster than expected. Very pleased. Would hire them again, as long as Dante is their painter. :)

We had a great experience with Painter1. Todd came to the property to give us a quote and he was very professional and straightforward. The painting crew was efficient and cleaned up after the house was painted. We had a final inspection, where we asked for a few minor touch ups. Our neighbors have all complimented our house and asked which company we used. Would highly recommend!

We didn't end up hiring a painter at all, but the customer service with Painter1 was so great I had to write a review. Painter1 was the fastest to contact me after I requested a quote. They were friendly, professional, and honest. They actually provided some pointers for how to handle a small side project I mentioned. Excellent service. If I ever need a painter, these guys will be my first call.

We used Painter1 to paint the exterior of our home in Utah. We received several bids... Painter1 was not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive. I love that Painter1 uses a high quality paint (Sherwin Williams). Our job was estimated to take a full week. I believe the job was completed in closer to 4 days. That said, I felt that the preparation work should/cold have taken a bit more time. Our home is 8 years old and it still had the original paint on it. We live in a very sunny climate so materials expand and contract. Part of the job is to caulk exposed seams, gaps, etc. This was done but I feel it was likely rushed. Once the job was done Painter1 sends out a project manager to inspect the job with you. I pointed out several places where there were still gaps that needed caulked and repainted. Our painter came back out 4-5 times to take care of these issues. Ultimately I am happy with the end result... from a schedule and cost perspective from Painter1... it would have been far more cost effective to do the prep work correctly the first time and avoid having to come back onsite multiple times to finish the job. I must also admit that I am VERY picky so ... yes I'm happy with the finished product, yes I would use them again... but I'd strongly recommend checking the quality of work before making final payment.

Todd and his team far exceeded our expectations. They were on-time, professionally dressed, thorough, and patient with our decision making process. As tough as it is to find contractors these days, this was the best call we could have made. As a bonus, a project cleared off their schedule and they bumped our project up much sooner than expected. Painter1 was great to work with. They were very professional and did quality work. They followed up to make sure I was happy with the results and came back to do some touch up work. They may be slightly higher than some other painters, but their quality and professionalism was worth it. I would definitely use them again.

Painter1 was wonderful. We hired them to paint the entire interior of our house and I couldn’t believe how quickly they got it done. We are so happy with the way it turned out. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We were ready to have a great experience with Painter1. The man who gave us a quote was efficient and friendly, and seemed to know how to answer our questions. The price was fair, so we immediately scheduled a time. When the Property Manager and Painter came to look at the job, everything still seemed great. But, then it went down hill. The day the our painter (Braulio) was supposed to be prepping the deck, he stayed for maybe an hour and left the deck looking very UN-prepared. Specifically, he left most of the old peeling paint exactly where it was, only scraping off most but not all of the banisters and some of the most clearly problematic spots on the floor or steps. We assumed he knew what he was doing, so we stayed out of the way. The next day, he came to paint and was done fairly quickly. He was friendly and quiet and gave me a handwritten survey to fill out at the end. I reported five stars, because I hadn’t (at that point) had any reason to suspect a problem. However, when we went back to look things over before he packed up, I got my second reality check. He had left many, many spots unpainted. I walked around and pointed them out and he obligingly painted the spots, but I started to get worried. Should I have to point out every spot? In addition, I could only look at the outside of the deck, not the top, so all of my corrections were from that vantage point. The next morning, after the paint was dry, things got worst. I stepped out and within seconds, saw dozens of patches where the old paint was already popping up from beneath the new paint. Because the deck wasn’t properly scraped down and sanded, it had started peeling immediately. After I found and took pictures of a dozen or so spots, I contacted the property manager and they agreed to come back and fix it before receiving final payment. Again they were prompt and responsive, which does count for something, but after the corrections were over and since the deck dried again, I have been finding the same problem in different parts of the deck. The old, Unscraped paint is puffing up beneath the new paint and making the deck already look old and dissheveled again. Apparently, the only places that got done, were the parts I babysat during the project. We feel like we largely wasted the time and money with Painter1 because the deck still looks shabby, will soon be peeling just as it was before, and we’ve had the additional problem of picking out all of the paint scrapings (those that did get scraped off) from the rocks and bark dust and grass beneath the deck. From the start of the project, when they came for the first time to scrape, to the time of writing this review, it has been about a week. So, overall: A+ for responsiveness and demeanor, but D- or F on quality work, cleanliness, and fulfilling the promises outlined on their website. ——- UPDATE: shortly after the initial review above, the company owner responded and personally came out to patch up the job. They repainted the problem areas and this time, they did clean up afterwards. It wasn’t a perfect fix—I still ended up scraping a lot of rogue paint off of the windows with nail polish and my fingernails, but I was really impressed with their willingness as a company to try and fix the problem. For what it’s worth, I think they are a company willing to learn from the past and to take responsibility for their work, so I would guess that our experience was an exception, not the rule.

This is the second time we have used this company. I have been very pleased both times with the quality of work. Very respectful and courteous workers.

Braulio did a great job painting our interior trim, doors, window sills, and walls. He was punctual, very thorough, worked quickly, and I’m happy with the work he did. The paint looks great! My only complaint was that some overspray went through the doorknob holes into some closets. Just double check that they’re covering everything you DON’T want painted!

After having a horrible experience with a different painting company, I hired Painter 1 to fix the poor job previously done on my home. I wish I would have gone with Painter 1 to begin with. They were thorough and professional and got the job done sooner than expected and met all my expectations. I appreciated the detail the painter put into painting my home and making sure it was done correctly. I definitely would recommend them!

The paint job was amazing our cabinets look like they are brand new!! It was a bit hard to get ahold of someone to pick out colors and schedule after I paid the deposit. Overall good work.

The finished job looks great! However, the painters were not on time any day and it took a day longer than I thought it would.
