Lisa the owner at Painter1 did a complete walk-through of our home, she submitted a very competitive, organized professional detailed proposal, other contractors failed to do that! Painter1 and the crew led by lead contractor David did an excellent job, the crew showed up on time every morning, put down proper floor and furniture coverings, did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. We had difficult wallpaper/border to be removed by Painter1, they managed to finish removal and prep in a timely manner and the walls were like new! The paint and colors chosen (Sherwin-Williams Delray Bch paint consultants) came out terrific. Painter1 did an excellent job, finished in a timely manner, we would definitely recommend and would hire again. GA.

We had a great experience with Painter1. Gene was very fair with the estimate. Jesse was the project manager that got the team going and was very knowledgeable, getting the team there on time and organized. We added an additional area at the end, telling them they didn’t have to do it right then if they had other places to go. They completed it the next day. The painting was great.

From the moment I contacted her through the finished exterior house painting, it was seamless and there were no surprises. It was the little touches like how the painters sanded an exterior cabana bath door and offered to caulk some holes from old Christmas hooks that really made them stand out. She quoted us at a very reasonable price for our interior and exterior painting projects. She came and met with us to go over all our color options and to provide much needed advice. They also followed through on a few touch-ups that we noticed were needed as we started putting furniture and pictures back up. Painter1 is the best! They made my so-so baseboard and trim work look like a pro did the work! The trim paint is super-smooth and beautiful. Their work and process are just spectacular!

We had some wired oil leakage dots at the ceiling. The builder repainted them but they showed up again 6 months later. Leo and his teams fixed it and now it looks great! Very reasonable price too.

They painted exterior stucco walls after impact windows were installed. Caulked around the windows, primed the stucco and painted the walls. Very professional job! Very well done!!!

We first met with Lisa Peterford, the owner, who came personally to see, and thereafter provide us with a quote for painting a master bath & ceiling, a guest bath & ceiling, laundry room & ceiling, interior door, common area ceiling and baseboards in all the areas being painted. She was a pleasure to work with and continually responded to and answered any questions we had. The workers arrived as scheduled and began to prepare for the painting (putting drop cloths down, covering furniture and areas not to be painted with plastic - as well as sanding walls as necessary, removing existing wallpaper borders, etc.). The crew were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. Everyone took great pride in their work and were dedicated to detail. Christian Alvarado, the PM was in communication with us and the crew daily - checking in person and reviewing the progress of the job. The project was completed in 1-1/2 days (shorter period of time than promised). We would highly recommend Painter1 of Boca Raton and would use them again should we have another painting project.

The project manager and entire team was great to work with. They were readily available to take my texts and phone calls. The first crew of painters didn't quite perform as well as we'd hoped, and I didn't even need to say a word...the project managers immediately identified the areas that needed further work, assigned a new crew, and had everything completed perfectly in just a couple extra days.
