After reading the reviews for Painter1 of Dallas, I did something that I thought I would never do. I contracted with Emma to paint the exterior of our home without getting bids from other contractors. I certainly have not regretted this decision! Dave and Emma are a true pleasure to work with. You can see the pride and attention to details that they put into their work and it shows in the end result. They were easy to work with and addressed any concerns that we had. At the end of the project Emma did a walk through with us to address any areas that needed a little touch up. During this I noticed that the flashing from the roof to the eaves was not securely attached; it was buckled and uneven and just distracted from the wonderful paint work that they had done. This should not have been their responsibility; it should have been addressed by the roofers who had replaced the roof a few weeks before. Emma consulted with Ernesto and he agreed to take care of it and without any additional charge! I think it was bothering him too because of the pride he takes in his work and it distracted from their excellent paint job. Just can't give Painter1 enough praise! We will definitely use them again for any of our painting needs with the confidence that the job will be done right!

High quality results with friendly/professional service. I will use them again for any painting needs at our home. We are incredibly happy with our results from Painter1 of Dallas! We had our full interior painted (trim, doors, walls, ceilings, bathroom/hallway cabinets) and it came out as close to perfect as I think is possible. The owners are very hands on (awesome people that you want to get a drink with) they were very helpful and patient in the planning phase and did a great job walking us through options, making recommendations, and helping us get the very most out of our budget instead of overselling us. They checked in on the project every day, their crew was very friendly and thorough and did a great job, but inevitably there is clean up - I didn't even have to ask about a walk through, the owners and painting crew did it themselves and didn't hesitate to touch up every last detail. Inevitably there are things that pop up during a home project, these owners are so easy and reasonable to work with, any issues were resolved quickly. We had done a lot of renovation to the house before painting and rushed some drywall patching work on the ceiling the days before painting - Painter1 realized how bad it looked when they painted it, so the re-patched and painted that whole section....I wish I had them patch everything. It looks so much better than my DIY sections around the house. Thank you, Emma, Dave, & Ernesto!

I felt from the beginning that Painter1’s owner and Reps were 2 cuts above the usual in communication, care, and responsiveness. It was great to find real human beings who I could be comfortable with and trust to do what they say they would. The quality of workmanship in the painting and painting prep work was very high. Anything I noticed was not quite right was corrected without any resistance and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Painter1 on a project to repaint the exterior of my home! I was especially thankful for the color consultation with Emma who helped guide me in the right direction to find a color that suited both my tastes and the colors present in the brick work on my home. Dave was around to manage all of the work as the project was done over several days and coordinated with me and the painter Rene when they found exterior wood damage. They not only painted but also repaired the damaged portions for me and communicated very well during the whole process. I would certainly work with them again and would recommend their services to friends and colleagues as I already have.

I met with P1 Painting for a bid on our entire house repaint. Emma and Dave were friendly, extremely professional and responsive, and had a great grasp on what was needed for the work. The only reason that we did not go with them was that they were booked out just a bit further than we could handle since we are putting the house on the market.
