This project exceeded all my expectations. I received a bid for painting my main floor and two bedrooms of our house with in a very short time after the representative was at my house. The painters started the project in 3 day and did the entire work in a day and a half. They taped, covered future, painted, patched, sanded, and put a second coat on in less the a day and a half. The patch work was flawless. The workers were a pleasure to be around. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I would do business with this company again if I need painting.

This is the second time I hired Painter 1 and once again I was extremely pleased with the work performed. They stained my deck and sea wall, painted the front porch railings, trim around the windows and the front door and painted around all the windows including the cathedral windows at the back of the house. All this work was done by a crew who were extremely hard working and courteous. They worked from 8:30 - 8:00 pm. The next day the crew leader and his wife checked all the work that was done and fixed anything that didn't meet their requirements. Kevin also came to assure that everything met his standards.

I can always count on Kevin! This was my second time using Painter1. The first time was in April. Both times my requests were a little urgent and I gave Kevin a short notice. But he was able to adjust his schedule and arrange his people to come quickly. So the painting work was done on time. The quality of the painting was always professional. I highly recommend Painter1.

I recently used Painter 1 of the Lowcountry to paint the entire exterior of my home, my porches and decking. They did a great job. My house looks fresh and clean from top to bottom. The painting crew was extremely respectful of my home and property. Each and every day the crew worked long and hard and cleaned up everything at the day’s end. There was considerable attention to detail when the house was being prepped and caulked too. Kevin Campo, the owner of the company, was efficient and professional. He was patient and helpful with many aspects of the project, including color and finish choices. He went out of his way to get the job done well. Kevin is very friendly and professional. He quickly came and did the estimate. We were put on the schedule for the following week and the painters arrived on time. Everything was protected with paper coverings and plastic. The final walk through list was completed immediately. The finishes look great. Will be using their services again soon.

We started painting our cabinets on our own and quickly realized it was too big a task so we contacted Painter1 and they fixed our mistakes and finished the cabinets within a week! The cabinets look great and I really appreciated the communication during the project.

Kevin and crew came in and took on a pretty difficult job of restoring our cedar garage and exterior pass doors after years of neglect. This project proved to be significantly more work than anyone had anticipated and Painter 1 stuck with it, didn’t cut any corners and stayed in budget. Kevin and his team were absolutely incredible. Like many others, I noticed there are a lot of painting companies in the area who have excellent reviews and it was tough to choose who to go with. I decided on Painter 1 and I am so grateful for this decision. Our entire home interior and cabinets painted. This was not a small job but it was completed in a timely and professional manner. The price was very fair and Kevin broke down the cost to paint every room and I knew exactly where my money was going throughout the job. I cannot recommend them enough and if you find yourself on the fence, go with Painter 1.

What can I say about Painter1: Professional, Excellent, Precise, Responsive, and a Collaborator. They are Great. Kevin helped me pick the perfect colors and then performed his magic without a drop on the floor. When done, Just beautiful perfection.

The owner, Kevin, called me the day I requested information on a painting quote. He was flexible and made it easy to schedule. After quoting me, his crew was able to start painting within a few days. I had about 1800 sqft of walls painted in 4 days. I thought that was quick considering I was covering dark walls with white paint so it took multiple coats to achieve. His crew showed up everyday by 8:30am and worked til at least 5pm. They were all very kind and hardworking. Kevin came over on the final day to do a walk through with me and happily noted all the areas needing attention. The project manager also came over and walked through finding more things with his detailed eye that he wasn’t happy with and together they made the job meet the Painter1 standard. My walls look fabulous and I would recommend them to others in the Charleston area. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but they were very reasonable overall and the quality work shows. I picked the cheapest painter to do my house the last time and I got what I paid for—poor communication, long completion time, missed spots, paint lines, inconsistent color, overall poor paint job. I would pay the little bit extra for Painter1 of the Low Country for any of my future painting needs!

Kevin was great! Could always reach him! Went over many paint samples with us, always contacted me with updates. Paying him was super easy. I think he even got to job done a day early. He was very understanding when we changed how many rooms we wanted to do after getting his quote. His pricing was the best that we received from the few companies we got quotes from.
