    There was a minor issue with equipment on the first day, then the wind prevented Painter1 from getting started, so we rescheduled, and it went great! Lauren and Carlos are amazing! Great personalities and professional. The paint job was completed in the timeframe given. I did a walkthrough with Lauren and Carlos to make sure everything was to my satisfaction; however, I was more concerned about my HOA being happy! Overall, I love the paint job, and my Gray and White House.

    I’m so pleased with painter 1 of Las Vegas new management/Owner for taking care of our cabinets! Last year (different management) we had a bad experience and it would’ve costed us twice or even triple to have them fixed.     One of the most professional contracting companies I have ever worked with. Lauren communicated often, leaving very few questions for me to ask. When I asked a question, I received a fast and concise answer. The paint job on the exterior of my house was absolutely perfect!!     Hello! Let me start off by saying, the new owners are amazing! We are so thankful for what they have done for us. We first used Painter 1 of Las Vegas in October of 2020 (different owners at the time). We hired them to paint our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Not only was the paint job horrendous but they warped 6 cabinet doors and then cracked them when attempting to fix them. In the end, we were left without 6 doors, a horrible paint job, and out of money. After several months of attempting to find someone to fix our cabinets, Lauren from Painter 1 contacted us and assured she and her team would do whatever they could to help us out. In the end, they exceeded our expectations and we finally have our kitchen and bathrooms back. Thank you, Painter 1. You have know idea how much you and you team are appreciated. I Will update with photos.

    Great people over at Painter1 Las Vegas. From what I understand there was a change in the team a few months ago. I was impressed with how personable and knowledgeable their staff was. They had tips on methods I hadn’t thought of for cabinet door painting for example. Also I had no idea they use only sherwin Williams paints, and some of the new stuff is really impressive, like the one that is anti-microbial. Anyway highly recommended, they know their stuff and I could tell they were dedicated to making me happy.

    Let me start by saying that my house looks incredible. I liked my interaction with Aisea and Tatum and the guys were responsive to my requests while doing the work. My mistake was that I paid them before the finishing touches and clean up were complete. I am less than impressed by the cleanup, I still have paint on my patio and all the way down my driveway and sidewalk where the paint leaked as things were being drug back out to the truck. I have had to do my own finishing work and some of the items that were supposed to get done, did not and I had to bring in another contractor to finish. I would still recommend them to do the work but would add don't pay unless you are 100% happy with the work and feel there is nothing left undone.

    We had some doors that needed painting--glossy paint on smooth doors--that we were uncomfortable with doing ourselves. So glad we had these guys come do it--they look terrific! We never could have done such a good job ourselves. They were courteous and meticulous with their work and made sure everything turned out great. We will be having them come do our entire house in the fall.

Trevor and Amber are great and easy to work with. They came to my home to provide an estimate, and gave me options for upgrades to my original plan, and the total job cost was extremely reasonable and fit my tight budget, and they use high quality paint. I had wanted to update my master bedroom and adjoining master bath for years, do to budget I hired a man and his team off Craigslist that were referred from a Facebook group. I didn't think to look into licensing or insurance. I paid a $780 deposit, the men came in and took everything off my walls, partially covering my belongings and furniture. The first day they worked for five hours and slapping a coat of shiny grey paint/primer on the walls. The second day they came back and ended up spilling an entire gallon of paint (deep red) in my carpet, the man Jason who I originally set up the remodel with said they were going to the store to rent a machine to clean up the paint. Many hours and calls later he never came back nor returned my calls. I was completely devastated! Not only could I not use my bedroom or bath my carpet had to be replaced. With him not being licensed there was no action I could take against him and I didn't even have his last name. :( I very nervously googled paint companies and came across Plan B Paint and drywall. I called and spoke with the owner Trevor and explained my awful experience. Trevor made me feel very at ease and stated "when you try and do it for less and it turns into a mess call plan b" I got off the phone laughing and looking forward to our meeting the next day, feeling more confident than I had with my first experience. Trevor was on time and very comforting that he would have his company not only give me the beautiful room I was hoping for but making the process easy and quick to help me forget about the awful experience I had previously. Trevor rearranged his schedule and had guys at my house the very next day. They had my bathroom and bedroom painted in one day! On top of the pleasant experience he referred me to a great company who came in and installed hardwood floors after pulling out the ruined carpet. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Trevor and his team and from here on out he will always be my Plan A! Picking out colors now for him to paint the outside of my home and creating a long Trevor to do list! Thank you for making me confident again to pursue more projects!
