Painter1 of Northern Utah

In order to best serve our customers and to ensure their peace of mind, our team at Painter1 of Northern Utah offers two-year warranties for our residential and commercial clients. This policy ensures that our clients can feel confident choosing us, knowing they are hiring the best painting services in the business!

The warranty offered at Painter1 of Northern Utah from the date that the original agreement was signed and dated. Painter1 of Northern Utah warrants against peeling and blistering due to defective workmanship. This warranty is not transferable.

The warranty will be effective if and only if, the customer:

Pays Painter1 of Northern Utah in full
Signs the original contract
Retains the original contract

If these conditions are met, We will perform repairs with no labor charge. Painter1 will perform repairs only for the original customer. Painter1 will repair only areas where peeling and blistering occurred. Painter1 will not exceed repairs mentioned on original estimate sheet. If additional work is needed, a new estimate and contract will need to be presented and signed.

Areas Not Covered by Our Warranty

Any horizontal surface
Cracks in plaster and or drywall
Paint supplied by customer
Galvanized metal

Bleeding knots
Moisture damage, rust
Exterior varnished surfaces
Peeling of previous paint layers

Areas Not Covered by Our Warranty

Cracks or tape tears due to a shifting building
Mildew, caused by moisture accumulation
Rotten wood, or rusted or disintegrating metals

Matching of the paint, the paint can be matched closely, but rarely perfectly
Paint cost

The painters were very nice and professional. They took time to make sure I was comfortable with their work and did touch ups as necessary. They even did a great job repairing minor drywall flaws and matched texturing of some ceiling drywall that was replaced.

This is the best painters I have ever had! Not only was the ugly lime green wall that was here when we bought our home gone, our doberman had swung his favorite toy the ball on a rope and created a huge dent in a curved corner! They restored it back and it was actually better than before. The eye sores were gone! What I also liked was that Helaman was so talented and a perfectionist! He was so patient to explain to me the process along with the extra time and attention to the details. I loved how he made sure the edges of the lines were crisp and he was super careful not to make a mess! I think I found my forever painter! Thank you for making painting easy!

Probably The best experience I have ever had hiring somebody to do something. Helaman is a perfectionist. He is so sweet and he genuinely cares about his work. That is just so refreshing in this day and age of people wanting to throw something together and then charge you for it. Painting is a laborious and messy job. It is so worth it to pay somebody to do it right. A totally professional experience. And he was $1000 cheaper than another bid I got. LOVE MY KITCHEN CUPBOARDS!!!! Also had two bathroom vanities done.

I had my apartment done and it was amazing. I was moving into a pretty run down, smelly apartment and had it repainted. The work was done way faster then I thought possible and it was done so neatly. The paint that was used sealed away the smoke stains and smells, and now the place looks like new. Everything was done in a very professional manner and I felt in very good hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
