We have received several estimates to paint whole interior walls, ceiling, and trim of our church. Painter1 separated themselves with every aspect - professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, listening. Eray asked a lot of questions which we even didn't think about the answers for some of those questions. Their team did a phenomenal job. Their response time to our questions and flexibility to some of the changes we made were incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this team to anybody who has a painting project!

Painter1 provided interior and exterior painting service for our brick house. They were always on time, courteous, and friendly. They were flexible with some of our last minute changes. They were in touch with me and my wife constantly. They communicated every little detail. We are very happy with the results and transformation of our house. We highly recommend Painter1 team!

I was very pleased with our paint project. Very professional, on time every day, cleaned up at end of day. Our plaster walls and interior doors needed some work, they repaired them and they looked new. I would recommend and call them again 100%.

I reached out to Painter1 of Chattanooga for an estimate and Eray arrived on time, in fact 10 minutes early which I so much appreciated. He and I went over the painting project and discussed best practices for completion. He was very thorough and timely with his estimate and I accepted. He and his staff arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day and into the early evening and completed the project. Staff even stopped painting at one point and repaired a vent for me. Eray and his team is some of the most professional painters I have ever used. I have had to hire lots of painters over the years, and no one come close to the professionalism of him and his crew. They kept the entire site throughly clean that never happens in any type of construction. The pre set up was perfect no one bit of spill anywhere. Speed of the job was impressive, and the quality was top notch. They missed two minor spots due to lighting issue in my house. His crew was over the next day to fix it and didn’t skip a beat. Also. The value was extremely fair given the size of the job. Would recommend these guys on any job, and I willl for sure be calling them in the future.

Eray and his team at Painter1 did nothing less than perfection at my new residence. They were able to remove existing wallpaper, create new ceilings, and paint the high places I wouldn't dare. Extremely professional and knowledgeable in and out from beginning to end.

I needed a deck with a gabled roof that was screened painted which required a LOT of edge hand painting and painting a high ceiling. Painter1 did an excellent job ... they came when they said and when there were issues/questions they were responsive. I would highly recommend Painter1 of Chattanooga. Very good experience.

My wife and I needed an interior painting done for our office. I contacted Painter1 of Chattanooga and scheduled an estimate. The owner was flexible in scheduling the estimate at a convenient time for us. His suggestions were based on our needs instead of making the quote higher or the project more manageable for them. We had our experience before with some other contractors in town, and we were impressed when his recommendations reduced the cost and increased the value of the project. The price was not the lowest price we received, but the value and quality were way beyond our satisfaction. It was a smooth process once we agreed to move forward. The owner gave us a time frame for the project start date and estimated completion. The painting crew was mindful, courteous, and reliable throughout the process. We would highly recommend them!

We just used Painter1 last week(interior walls including a two story wall/ceiling) and couldn't be more thrilled with how they turned our new(to us) house into our home AND in the limited timeframe we needed. During the initial walk-through Eray, the owner, went over the entire process and caught numerous things we had missed. He was extremely knowledgeable especially due to a few of our rooms needing some extra TLC. The previous homeowner had done an interesting job when painting over wallpaper and it was bubbling/showing through, he and his team worked their magic and made it look flawless. We have used Painter 1 for numerous projects. They have recently painted our doors to our showroom. They are reliable and they don't leave a mess. They know what they are doing and won't do the job if there are extenuating circumstances that would not be good for painting. ex.our door was to hot to paint when they first came out so they came back so the paint would adhere to the door better. We love using Painter1

Painter 1 of Chattanooga removed my popcorn ceiling, repaired places were we removed lights and primed and painted the ceiling. They did a FANTASTIC job! And the cleanup was great too! Eray, the owner, is GREAT to work with! He was quick with the estimate and his crew showed up on the day and time agreed on! I will definitely use them again for future projects!!

The team at Painter1 of Chattanooga just wrapped up a job at my home. They painted pretty much the entire inside of my house, plus the garage and garage ceiling. They were amazing! There is not a single flaw, they were extremely diligent and timely, and they took care of our home as if it were their own. The owner was very cordial and was great to return my calls and to call me with any questions. The painting job looks wonderful. My wife and I were very pleased. I got several bids on getting the painting done. This bid was not the lowest bid, but it definitely wasn’t the highest. It took a lot of pressure off me to have them paint the interior and to have it finished in a very timely manner. I don’t like spending money, but having them do the job was well worth it.

I and my wife were so impressed by the work that Painter1 and their team did. They painted the exterior of our house watching for all the details, including some that I wasn't expecting when I contracted with them. Of course, I am now looking at the interior of my house and wondering about scheduling them soon for that as well.

After experiencing problems with no shows on getting estimates, we decided to give Painter 1 a try. Eray set up a time to come out to give us an estimate and kept his word. He also went above and beyond to help me make a final decision on choosing our paint colors as we had several rooms being painted. He and his crew were very proficient and got all the rooms done in one day and was able to get it done before Thanksgiving! I will be using Painter 1 again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs professional painters!

Eray and the Painter1 team went above and beyond to not only meet but exceed my expectations. Client satisfaction is their #1 priority. As some background, I am an engineer with high expectations and would typically do the work myself to ensure a quality work is done as a result of many past bad experiences with contracting out jobs. In this case I was just finishing multiple projects was in need of some help expediting painting of my master bedroom and our soon to be son's room in order to meet my wife's desired timeline. I had originally lined up painters through Handy.com but decided to get a second opinion/quote from Painter1 a few days prior to the project start. Eray of Painter1 's arrived at my house on time to quote the job, I was surprised and impressed at the level of professionalism seen in his appearance, that he exhibited verbally not only about painting but also other topics of discussion, and I was also impressed with the documentation folder / packet that he provided with all the information I needed and company policies (warranty, payment, etc.). Painter1 was able to provide an onsite quote prior to leaving and having been so impressed we cancelled out Handy.com painters and went with Painter1. He left a full book/packet of all available color samples to allow us some time to finalize color choices, and once we did, he handled obtaining the necessary quantities of each color in the grade of paint agreed upon (price of paint was built into the quote and was not a surprise surcharge added later). Painter1 started the job promptly on the date of my choice, always showed up on time, and finished the job in less than the estimated timeframe (estimated 2 days to allow time for drywall repairs and time between paint coats, actual took 1.5 days or less). They covered/protected my belongings and floors, repaired drywall holes, sanded the walls, and painted my master bedroom and soon to be son’s bedroom with 15' ceilings. All lines between different colored accent walls and white ceilings were defined and crisp (better than I can even achieve with painters’ tape) and there was not any incidental paint on things like trim, receptacle, light switches, floors etc. During my experience, Eray of Painter 1 was my main point of contact and had a good quality system which entailed him physically showing up in the morning to instruct his painters of the job instructions/expectations and again at lunch and/or in the evening to perform quality checks. As reflected in my 5-star rating of Painter1, I am more than satisfied with Painter1's work, will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of some painting.
