    Updated review: The owner of the company,Jeff, was awesome and called to make sure we got our issue resolved with our project. The final product was amazing and the customer service was pleasant. Original review- Our project was not completed on time, the company was not professional and their contract is not clear on what is covered and what will cost more. We were told there would be additional costs for completing our project since additional paint was needed. Hopefully they learn from this experience and change their contract so it is clear what is and isn't covered upon using this company.

    Updated from 2 to 5 stars: Jeff reached out to remedy the issue. He came back and personally repatched, retextured, and primed the issue areas. Then he had the painting crew come back and roll each wall fully to ensure an even coat. The final product looks so much better than the first pass, and we are fully satisfied with the work. I really appreciate the team going above and beyond my expectations to fix the issues. Old review: The company was fine to work with, but the final product left us dissatisfied. They told us they would do wall repair. However, they decided to patch after painting the wall ( professionals should know better). They called me out from work to do the final walk-through, but they weren't even done yet. They pesssutred us to sign while the painters were still doing touch ups. When the touch-ups dried, you can still see every single patch.

    Painter1 did a FABULOUS job on our exterior paint! From start to finish, they had an associate assigned to every task. We always had someone to reach out to if we needed to ask a question. The service was stellar and timely. Our neighbors were so impressed with Painter1 that we have 4+ neighbors looking to get their houses painted, too! And — it is worth getting good quality paint - like Painter1 uses. You can see the quality!

    Words can not adequately express just how much I appreciate Painter 1. From my first contact with Dallin, I experienced his excellent communication skills and follow~ through with our appointments and emails. He was extremely timely in his estimate and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I appreciated the advice that he gave me, too. Ariana followed up with excellent support working up to the actual paint date and follow up at the completion of the job. She also provided lots of answers to questions and good solid advice. But, maybe most of all, a huge thank you goes to my painter, Shaun. He did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home. The biggest compliment that I can give is that he treated my home as if it was his home. He was so very conscientious and careful in the quality and detail of his work. He also maintained a very neat and clean work environment. He was helpful and friendly in his interactions each day. I was so impressed by his communication skills in letting me know his work schedule and time frame for the job. I can not thank Shaun enough for making my home so beautiful! I appreciate him very much! Thank you, Painter 1, for being such an outstanding company and having such exemplary employees on your staff!

    My favorite thing about painter 1 was the integrity in the quoting and change order process. Dallin, the area manager, measured every wall and broke down the quote accordingly including cost of materials. The quote also included what would be excluded and what additions might cost. If you change something, you are first quoted a proposed amount, and then sign a change order. Aside from this respectability and transparency, I also felt I received a great quality outcome for a competitive price.

    All too often, when things go perfectly, we simply pass on by and tell a few people. Our experience with Painter1 was almost perfect. Yet when a small issue arose around some edges they did not treat it like a small issue, they were on it! Painter1 quickly adjusted their schedule to pop out and take care of the issue. I am so impressed. The team was wonderful to work with from moment one and I truly appreciated the great crew that did the work in our home. Very happy customer!

    I love the workmanship of the final product. The project took much longer than expected due to a shortage of painters. They painted my living room, 2 bathrooms, dining room, laundry room and hallways. They treated the extremely rough walls in the master bath and put a great finish on them . I especially recommend Abiam.

    On time everyday. Fair estimate. Moved and put back furniture. Draped every thing. Clean up was efficient. Jeff Funk, owner, came back today for additional touch up and is currently preparing estimate on the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, trim and doors for next year. Could not be more pleased with him and his crew. Highly recommend Painter 1. 😀👍

    Love, love, love Painter 1. They arrived on time, finished on time, and did a great job. The manager even checked back in to guarantee that the job was done properly. The Painters were very respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before going home. I recommend Painter 1 for a job well done at a reasonable price.     Excellent customer service! Juan and his crew were the hardest workers I have seen in awhile. Great work and they didn’t leave until everything was perfect. Also very reasonably priced for the quality service they provide. They painted our interior walls, and did amazing repair to our water damaged cabinets. Excellent finished product. So happy we used them!!

    Jeff was awesome! He was able to come to our home to give us a quote in a super timely manner and ended up sending a crew to our home within a day to paint the ceiling. They were in and out within a few hours and it looked awesome! He came back the next morning to walk through and check the work with my husband and touched up a few spots. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Painter1 again! The price, quality, and customer service were all top notch!

    Awesome company to deal with! Initial estimate was fair, they were flexible with our needed timeline and schedule. Painted an entire 2,000 sq ft house inside top to bottom in two days with very little touch up work needed. I will use these guys for good moving forward, they are all aces in my book!

    I inquired about a free estimate on their website, and received a follow up call within 24 hours. Jeff was able to come out to provide the estimate within a few days. I was able to get scheduled within about a week and my project was finished in a timely manner. Dallin ensured the project was completed to his and my expectations. Would recommended using them!

    I highly recommend Painter1! I initially asked them to come out to paint a couple small accent walls In our brand new house. We had just closed on the house and were hoping to get some painting done before moving in. They came out in a very reasonable time frame and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. The quality of their work was excellent and their prices were very reasonable. While they were at our house to paint the accent walls I asked them to give us a bid on finishing the drywall and then painting our garage. Their bid to finish the drywall and paint was cheaper than another company's bid to JUST finish the drywall. At this point, we were only 5 days away from moving into our new house. We had movers scheduled so we were pretty much locked in. I told Jeff from Painter1 if there was anyway they could get the garage finished before we moved in that would be awesome but understood it was a super short window to have someone finish the drywall and paint a 3 car garage. AMAZINGLY JEFF DID IT! He had a guy out the very next day to finish the drywall and had a crew come out late into the evening on Friday to ensure that everything was completed before we moved it. I was absolutely blown away. Jeff went above and beyond to take care of us and we will go with them for all future painting needs.

    This is our second time using Painter1 for work on our small business location, first interior and this time exterior. We have a challenging location in a 100 year old house with lots of nooks & crannies. They again did an exceptional job and it was a pleasure to work with their crew!     The did an excellent job. They were on time and finished the project when they said they would. The only reason for not getting 5 stars was; some touch-up work needed to be done after the final walk around, and they didn't leave very much paint for touch-up that we may have needed. Over-all they did a fine job, and the price was not out of line with other quotes.
