We were extremely satisfied with the work done by Painter1 Boca Raton. From the consult with Lisa the owner, to the end of the project, everything went smoothly. Their estimate was very fair and competitive compared to other quotes we received. The foremen, Eric and Dave, kept the work pace going quickly and finished more than a day earlier than expected . Our high ceilings and tricky stairwell were not easy to paint but they managed to do that with great results. Their workers were courteous, clean and very professional. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

We used Painter 1 of Boca for the exterior painting of our home. We got three quotes from three companies recommended by neighbors in our community. Painter 1 was middle of the road on the price but did meet us closer to the lowest bidder when the quote was provided. Given the high ratings and good experiences by other home owners in our community, we chose Painter 1 even though they were not the lowest bidder. We were very happy with with the quality of service. Lisa was great to work with. Her Project Manager, Christian, was on site often and made sure every detail that we ask about was taken care of. They got us completed ahead of schedule and were are very happy with the end product. The lowest bidder is not always the best quality. Thank you Lisa, Christian and Painter 1.

Lisa is such an exceptional professional. I wish she would give a masterclass on service to all the other contractors I come in contact with. Her crew was courteous and thorough, and there were no surprises. I plan to use her on all of my projects in the future.

Lisa and her crew were amazing! So professional and very patient. I had been waiting for months to get the house painted but we had some other expenses until we finally got the money for painting. As soon as I let Lisa know we were ready, her crew immediately began! They were fast and efficient and so friendly. They made sure to ask if we liked the colors and how everything was done. Believe the reviews! I am very impressed with this company! I had two large closets and baseboards throughout the house painted. Everything turned out perfectly and the finished baseboards make the entire house look fresh and new. The painter who did the work was skilled, professional, quick and clean. No paint on the floors or adjacent walls; just clean, straight lines. The job was completed on time and at a fair and reasonable price. The entire experience was smooth and professional, from the initial estimate done by Lisa to the finished project. I am a contract administrator for a large engineering/construction firm and know a well-executed job when I see it. :) Painter1 really exceeded my expectations, and when I'm ready to paint the living, that's who I will be calling. :-D
