We were extremely satisfied with the work done by Painter1 Boca Raton. From the consult with Lisa the owner, to the end of the project, everything went smoothly. Their estimate was very fair and competitive compared to other quotes we received. The foremen, Eric and Dave, kept the work pace going quickly and finished more than a day earlier than expected . Our high ceilings and tricky stairwell were not easy to paint but they managed to do that with great results. Their workers were courteous, clean and very professional. We used Painter 1 of Boca for the exterior painting of our home. We got three quotes from three companies recommended by neighbors in our community. Painter 1 was middle of the road on the price but did meet us closer to the lowest bidder when the quote was provided. Given the high ratings and good experiences by other home owners in our community, we chose Painter 1 even though they were not the lowest bidder. We were very happy with with the quality of service. Lisa was great to work with. Her Project Manager, Christian, was on site often and made sure every detail that we ask about was taken care of. They got us completed ahead of schedule and were are very happy with the end product. The lowest bidder is not always the best quality. Thank you Lisa, Christian and Painter 1.

Believe the reviews! I am very impressed with this company! I had two large closets and baseboards throughout the house painted. Everything turned out perfectly and the finished baseboards make the entire house look fresh and new. The painter who did the work was skilled, professional, quick and clean. No paint on the floors or adjacent walls; just clean, straight lines. The job was completed on time and at a fair and reasonable price. The entire experience was smooth and professional, from the initial estimate done by Lisa to the finished project. Lisa the owner at Painter1 did a complete walk-through of our home, she submitted a very competitive, organized professional detailed proposal, other contractors failed to do that! Painter1 and the crew led by lead contractor David did an excellent job, the crew showed up on time every morning, put down proper floor and furniture coverings, did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. We had difficult wallpaper/border to be removed by Painter1, they managed to finish removal and prep in a timely manner and the walls were like new! The paint and colors chosen (Sherwin-Williams Delray Bch paint consultants) came out terrific. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and punctual painting company - Lisa and her team at PAINTER1 are for you. From the moment I contacted her through the finished exterior house painting, it was seamless and there were no surprises. It was the little touches like how the painters sanded an exterior cabana bath door and offered to caulk some holes from old Christmas hooks that really made them stand out. My house looks absolutely beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

She quoted us at a very reasonable price for our interior and exterior painting projects. She came and met with us to go over all our color options and to provide much needed advice. They also followed through on a few touch-ups that we noticed were needed as we started putting furniture and pictures back up. They painted exterior stucco walls after impact windows were installed. Caulked around the windows, primed the stucco and painted the walls. Very professional job! Very well done!!!

We first met with Lisa Peterford, the owner, who came personally to see, and thereafter provide us with a quote for painting a master bath & ceiling, a guest bath & ceiling, laundry room & ceiling, interior door, common area ceiling and baseboards in all the areas being painted. She was a pleasure to work with and continually responded to and answered any questions we had. The workers arrived as scheduled and began to prepare for the painting (putting drop cloths down, covering furniture and areas not to be painted with plastic - as well as sanding walls as necessary, removing existing wallpaper borders, etc.). The crew were extremely courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. Everyone took great pride in their work and were dedicated to detail. Christian Alvarado, the PM was in communication with us and the crew daily - checking in person and reviewing the progress of the job. The project was completed in 1-1/2 days (shorter period of time than promised). We would highly recommend Painter1 of Boca Raton and would use them again should we have another painting project.

Painter1 of Boca Raton just finished a great interior and ceiling painting of my residence. They are extremely professional and I would recommend them to anybody needing a great company.

I had my entire exterior painted by Painter1. Overall the experience was good, with a few minor hiccups in communication with the painting staff. Lisa is the reason I chose this company and she is amazing in responding to my concerns. Gave me straight forward information and spent ample time explaining things I had questions about. No one is perfect but they’re damn near close. Painting for a < 2000 sq ft home in less than 5 days. Excellent turnaround time. The small issues were; my front door was not properly sealed and during the pressure washing, water came inside. I was there and caught it quickly enough. As a homeowner, check the seals on your doors before. (I read this tip prior yet failed to plan) The other thing that happened was due to the holiday and miscommunication with scheduling. Lisa spent plenty of time discussing with me and was sincerely apologetic. Not a dealbreaker at all. House looks great and I would definitely use Lisa and her team again.
